School Events

School dances are quite often some of the most memorable moments for kids and teens. Hittman Mobile Music specializes in music and entertainment for school functions such as traditional dances, Homecoming, Winter Formal, Winter Ball, Sadie Hawkins Dances, Pep Rallies, After Game Dances, Sock Hops, Family Fun Nights and even Prom! We provide all the music and equipment for your next school dance. Our goal is simple, provide DJs for School Dances for a competitive rate to help the ASB class raise and keep as much money as possible. 

 

For those in the Conejo Valley Unified School District, we are an approved vendor with all paperwork and insurance documentation. We also participate in childhood safe training programs to insure all of our DJ's abide by child safe procedures and boundaries.  We also make sure that the music we play is all  CLEAN RADIO EDITS. It's against our company policy to play music with explicit lyrics when children are present.

Private Parties 

If you're looking for a DJ for your child's private party look no further. We have plenty of experience working with families with children of all ages to create a fun affordable experience for your child's next birthday or holiday party. HMM Hiring Process

Step 1- Schedule a Meeting- Call or email us to schedule a meeting either in person or via video chat. It's one of our company policies to build relationships with our clients.  During this time we can best determine what our clients needs are and offer competitive pricing packages that meet your budget. Personalized meetings also give our clients an opportunity to feel 100% comfortable with hiring our DJ's before moving onto the next stage.

Step 2- Contract and Deposit- We send all of our contracts for an E-Signature to our clients with the terms of the agreement including any added pricing so we can both understand the expectations and pricing. A deposit of half of the contract amount and the signed contract reserves your date.

Step 3- Planning- With email and phone support along the way, your DJ will help you plan your event. We also offer a Private Party Planning Form free to download. Your DJ can offer many suggestions, ideas and tips, as well as to answer your questions about any aspect of your event.

Step 4 - Final Meeting- About 2-3 weeks prior to your event we will schedule another meeting to finalize the details for your event. At this meeting all music should be chosen, timeline completed and sent to your DJ, and other details have been decided. Private Party Planning Form should also be completed and sent to your DJ prior to your final meeting.

Step 5- Congratulations! Your event day has come and all of your guest had the time of their lives.
