Your wedding day is one of the most important moments of your life and we pride ourselves on making it memorable for you and your guests. Hiring the right DJ is one of the most important decisions you'll make for the success of your special day. You need someone who is reliable, professional, and has the experience in the wedding industry. This is exactly what you get when you hire Hittman Mobile Music DJ's.  We take the worry out of your wedding day by working with all of your vendors and event staff while also making sure the dance floor stays full and your guest have the time of their lives. 

Our DJ's don't just play music, they also are your event's MC making announcements, and working from our your preplanned timeline. We work with all of our clients to mix their personal music interest with our professional experience to keep your guests on the dance floor.

 

Below you'll find our process in hiring your HMM DJ for your wedding along with some suggestions when planning your music for your wedding.

Step 1- Schedule a Meeting- Call or email us to schedule a meeting either in person or via video chat. It's one of our company policies to build relationships with our clients.  During this time we can best determine what our clients needs are and offer competitive pricing packages that meet your budget. Personalized meetings also give our clients an opportunity to feel 100% comfortable with hiring our DJ's before moving onto the next stage.

Step 2- Contract and Deposit- We send all of our contracts for an E-Signature to our clients with the terms of the agreement including any added pricing so we can both understand the expectations and pricing. A deposit of half of the contract amount and the signed contract reserves your date.

Step 3- Planning- With email and phone support along the way, your DJ will help you plan your event. We also offer a Wedding Planning Form free to download. Your DJ can offer many suggestions, ideas and tips, as well as to answer your questions about any aspect of your wedding, ceremony and reception.

Step 4 - Final Meeting- About 2-3 weeks prior to your event we will schedule another meeting to finalize the details for your event. At this meeting all music should be chosen, timeline completed and sent to your DJ, and other details have been decided. The Wedding planning form should also be completed and sent to your DJ prior to your final meeting.

Step 5- Congratulations! Your wedding day has come and all of your guest had the time of their lives.
